COUgh SpluTtER ChOke

Did anyone else choke on their Cocoa Pops this morning when they read that Natalie Basingwigglethistlewaste was nominated for a Gold Logie? What exactly has she done to deserve a logie in the first place? Where do I sign up for one of these logie nominations because I reckon it’d look great on my resume.
Wow… I’m in awe at how the standards of Logies just seem to discover a whole new rock bottom low every single year.

  1. They don’t hit an all new rock bottom they just continue to stay there. With a complete lack of any ingenuity in our local TV industry, they pick faces that people know.

    Do you remember the year that Darryl Somers was nominated after only being on TV for 2 months of the year or when Ray Martin was nominated despite not being on tv at all that year.

    The logies are a ridiculous popularity contest parading as a serious awards ceremony.
